My Initial Impression of Zylorin™
Zylorin™ is advertised as a kind of cure-all for weight loss. If you are having trouble losing weight because of a slow metabolism, the thermogenic ingredients in this formula should take care of it. Struggling with those extra pounds because of elevated blood sugar or uncontrollable cravings? Zylorin™ includes components that should take care of these problems as well. This product is even purported to give you enough energy to get out there and exercise.
This formula from Astor Ridge Nutrition is claimed to be “100% safe, natural, and effective” as several of its ingredients have been studied in clinical trials. I noticed, however, that this did not mean Zylorin™ as a formula was studied for either its safety or effectiveness. It should be noted that this is an overview of the Zylorin™ Weight Loss Formula as there is also a Cleansing System that is part of this line of supplements; the manufacturer suggests taking these products together for the “fast track” to weight loss.
Zylorin™ Ingredients & What the Manufacturer Says They Will Do
Zylorin™ is made with hoodia gordonii, phosphatidylerine, beta-sitosterol, chromium, green tea, citrus aurantium, beta carotene, and folic acid as well as vitamins C, E B6, and B12. Beta-sitosterol may reduce cholesterol and ease inflammation in the body. The vitamins in Zylorin™, beta carotene, chromium, and folic acid are all essential nutrients. Phosphatidylerine is a phospholipid that many believe fortifies cell walls.
Hoodia is an increasingly popular ingredient in weight loss products as the gordonii variety of this plant may bear powerful appetite suppressing qualities. The P57 compound in hoodia is thought to signal the brain directly, telling it the stomach is full even when no food has been eaten. Hoodia gordonii also suppresses thirst.
Green tea and citrus aurantium are both stimulants. Green tea contains caffeine which boost energy temporarily and also acts as a diuretic, expelling excess water from the body. Citrus aurantium contains synephrine, making it an ingredient similar to Ephedra. While citrus aurantium (also called bitter orange) may suppress appetite and increase energy levels as Ephedra can, it does not cause the same negative side effects.
The Main Drawbacks to Zylorin™
The primary concerns with a formula like Zylorin™ is its content of stimulants as well as the combination of hoodia and caffeine. Mixing stimulants can disrupt sleep and cause serious health complications. Since caffeine sheds water and hoodia suppresses thirst, this can leave the dieter dehydrated quite easily. Consumers should also question the claims made by the manufacturer—for instance, even though the advertisements for this product state it lowers blood sugar, there seems to be no ingredient in its formula that can do so.
Would I Try Zylorin™?
If asked to choose between Zylorin™ and another weight loss product, I might have to opt for a formula that contains less stimulants but still gives a boost in energy. The most important characteristic of a diet aid should be its ability to burn fat; nothing supports a weight loss program better than a formula that promotes extra fat loss.
What Others Are Saying About Zylorin™
After perusing a diet forums and weight loss websites, it seems to me the most consumers view Zylorin™ as one of many, similar natural diet aids. Those who have used this product have only noticed a difference when it was used in conjunction with regular exercise and a healthy diet.
