Initial Thoughts on Fat Vanish™

Fat Vanish™ is one of these diet programs you’re probably all too familiar with – I know I am. The program promises dieters that it can eliminate the need for all other diets, supplements, and even many forms of exercise! This claim to some vague transcendence of the normal weight loss methods is a common motif in many weight loss schemes, and it almost always makes me suspicious. When it comes to Fat Vanish™, suspicion seems to be the best posture to maintain, if you want to save your hard-earned money, that is.

Fat Vanish™ claims to make fat disappear – perhaps even at a rate of 15 pounds per month. But anyone who has struggled with fat loss and weight management will tell you that 15 pounds in a month would be a dream come true. In fact, if a weight loss program had developed such a consistent and successful rate of weight loss, it would be so popular, everyone would know about it. But as the virtually useless Fat Vanish™ website makes clear, only a handful of folks are interested in Fat Vanish™. And with a low-quality and obnoxious promotional site like this, it’s hard to take such people at their word. Instead, Fat Vanish™ comes off as what it most likely is: a gimmick calling for the end of gimmicks.

Fat Vanish™ & What it Entails

It was difficult to discover the philosophy and methodology of Fat Vanish™. Apparently, it’s all about balancing proteins, fats, and carbs in well-spaced meals that limit caloric intake. When I visited the program website, there was little to no emphasis on the importance of exercise. And of course, supplementation was thrown out the window completely. But then, that’s the way programs like this set themselves apart from the rest of the pack – by claiming all that other “stuff” is unnecessary.

This seems to be the substance of Fat Vanish’s™ self-promotion: a lot of rhetoric and nasty talk aimed at other diets, supplements, and philosophies. Fat Vanish™ comes off like the savior of all struggling dieters. The problem is that the description of how, when, and for how long this savior will come is unavailable. In other words, Fat Vanish™ has a lot to say about the enemy, and little to actually say about how it’s going to help us fight the enemy. The overall effect of all this is that Fat Vanish’s™ website feels like one, long, tedious exercise in dishonesty and distortion.

Failures of Fat Vanish™

Fat Vanish™ is not interested in the weight loss, health, or wellness of its consuming public. Instead, its self-aggrandizing promotion is a lame attempt at getting folks to purchase a complete mystery product in the hopes that it will solve all fat loss problems. And so the central failure of Fat Vanish™ is its inability to say anything of use about weight loss, dieting, exercising, supplementing, and the struggle to live a healthier life. The program website is like a set of chattering teeth, posed in front of a mirror.

Would I Go With Fat Vanish™?

I suppose the answer is clear by now. I’d look for a weight loss program that offers concrete information about actual practices I could engage in for significant, healthy, and sustainable weight loss. Such a program would incorporate moderate eating practices, exercise, and perhaps even supplementation.

Reaction to Fat Vanish™

Fat Vanish™ may have a few satisfied customers. You can seem them posing on the program website. But it seems to have more dissatisfied customers who have posted to blogs, written reviews, and otherwise raised their voices in frustration.

I just started eating the fatvanish way and let me tell you I feel great, loads of energy and you are mistaken about exercise, it is mentioned that exercise and weight lifting will speed the fat loss but you can also lose fat if you don't exercise, which when you think about it is great. Alot of obese people can't do much in regard to exercise, but with time after they lose the fat and gain muscle, they can. I am so excited about this healthy way of enjoying food.

Your comments seem to be a bit obtuse regarding the Fat Vanish system. The program focuses on a proper diet and exercise routine. The author does stress that exercise alone is not enough to rid pounds of fat. Consuming the correct amount of calories multiple times a day is the best way to ensure that the body burns energy efficiently and does not store it as excess fat.

The book says plenty about weight loss, dieting, exercising, supplementing, and the struggle to live a healthier life. If he gave out this information on his website, there would be no reason to buy his book.

I would recommend his book for anyone who is serious about loosing weight. Even if you are using a different weight loss program, his comments are relevant and valid. The comments may even serve to enhance the program you're involved with.

I agree with all the postive comments about Fatvanish. Sure is easy for you to state your opionion on a program without ever having bought it yourself. I have been overweight for a long period of time and this was the only thing that helped me shed the fat and obtain muscle. If you buy a product and you don't use it won't be of any good. The owner of Fatvanish is always opened to talk to you and give you advise. He wants you to succeed. Maybe you should try a product before writing a review. You don't need supplements and you don't need buy workout equipment or go to a gym. But you do need discipline with and program you choose. Fatvanish is a combination of eating right and exercise. Get your facts straight!!!!!!!
